The 112 mm module · five-chamber body, flat profile line.
112 FIVE CHAMBER THERMAL-BREAK CASEMENT WINDOW 2.0 · application scenes
A deeper module, same flat line
The 112 series is a five-chamber thermal-break casement window with a 2.0 mm wall thickness and a flat profile line. It runs 2 mm deeper than the 110 module in the family, at the same standard glass build-up, for specifications that want the larger section without moving to the 118 flagship.
The diagonal pressure line keeps the glazing bead low across the opening, resists dust and widens the visible glass area.
Built-in features
Eight features, standard on the line.
- 016063-T5 A-grade primary aluminium · high strength, high crack resistance
- 02Multi-chamber profile body: layered sound insulation, thermal blocking, higher pressure resistance
- 035 mm insulating glass with integrated bent spacer bars
- 04Thermal-break design forming an effective cold/hot bridge barrier, cutting overall energy use
- 05High-transparency, rust- and corrosion-resistant insect screen · better daylight, stronger insect protection
- 06EPDM foam gaskets, aging-resistant, raising the sealing and water-tightness grades
- 07Drainage design for fast water discharge and easy cleaning
- 08Low-profile glazing bead resists dust build-up, widens the sightline and lifts the wind-load index

Profile & engineering
At 112 mm with a 2.0 mm wall, the series takes 5 mm-20 A-5 mm insulating glass as standard, the same build-up as the 110 line. The five-chamber body follows the family's sealing and drainage logic: a ground-level drainage path that clears water quickly, EPDM foam gaskets for the seal, and 304 stainless-steel high-transparency mesh as the standard insect screen. Multi-point locking hardware is standard on every sash.
Where it performs
Mid- to high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, and climate-sensitive projects where the thermal-break build drives the specification. The 112 fits facades that want the 112 mm module with a flat, clean profile line.
Finishes & customisation
Standard colours are sand grey and coffee on the exterior, with metallic grey and sand grey interior options. Two-tone combinations are supported, with RAL matching on the thermal-transfer line.
OEM & project supply
The full OEM programme applies: private-label packing, documentation, export-standard containers. Sample profiles and a finished test window are available on request, and the quotation includes the dimensional and hardware-layout pack.

FAQ
Asked on every 112 series project
What insulating glass is standard on the 112 series?
5 mm-20 A-5 mm insulating glass, the same build-up as the 110 line · with single, double and triple glazing configurations available.
How does the 112 differ from the 110 series 2.0?
The 112 adds 2 mm of profile depth and a flat profile line to the 110 module, at the same 2.0 mm wall and the same standard 20 A glass build-up; the 110 2.0 keeps the 110 mm module for projects that must hold the existing layout.
Can we get samples before committing?
Yes. Sample profiles and a finished test window are available on request, matched to your glazing and colour choices.
