Aluminium Extrusion OEM and ODM Supply

An OEM order is judged by what leaves the container, not by what the plant can make, so the Adam Alux terms are written around packing, documentation and samples. Adam Alux Systems has produced aluminium windows, doors and profiles since 1997 across three bases in China, with 35 series available to build under a customer's own brand. Extrusion, finishing and packing all sit inside the one supply route.

What OEM supply covers

OEM supply means the plant builds the windows, doors or profiles and they ship under your brand. Private-label packing carries your name on the carton and the pallet, project documentation is issued in your format, and the finished units load into export-standard containers. Nothing on the crate points back to the factory unless you want it to. Programme volume and the first-run terms are confirmed with the quotation, on the same channel as the price.

ODM: start from the 35 series

Where a range is not yet fixed, ODM work starts from the catalogue. The 35 series, 28 door and 7 window, cover sliding, casement, folding, entrance and fixed glazing, each with its own section set and finish list. A customer picks the series that suits the market and the plant builds it to the same drawings it runs for its own supply, which keeps the tooling and the tolerances known from the first order.

Private-label packing and your-brand documentation

Packing is drawn around the container and the customer's own label. Units are protected for a sea leg and marked in your brand, and the documentation that travels with them, from the dimensional pack to the loading list, is issued under your name. A customer building a private label can run the same series for several markets and keep the documents separate. The dimensional pack, the loading list and the certificate of origin are issued on your letterhead, and the cartons carry your brand, your item codes and your barcodes.

What we need from you to start

A private-label programme starts from four things, and the table below is what the plant checks when it sets the first run. Nothing is final until the quotation confirms it, and the same list applies whether the programme runs on the 35 series or on a custom die of its own.

You provideWhat the plant checks
Logo artworkA vector file (AI, EPS or SVG), clear enough to print on a carton and on a unit label
Brand colourA RAL or Pantone reference; the finish is matched on the sample before the production run
Target marketSets the finish, the documentation and the packing requirements for the order
First order volumeConfirmed at quotation against the container plan; there is no fixed standing minimum
Packing specificationYours where you have one, or drawn by the plant around the container

Samples before commit

Before a project commits, a sample profile set and a finished test unit are available on request. Private-label samples are packed the way the production run will be packed, so the first parcel shows the container. The sample lets a customer check the section, the finish and the assembly against the market it is meant for, rather than working from a photograph, and the sample programme page carries the formats and how to ask.

RAL matching and two-tone finishes

Finishes for OEM work run to anodised, thermal transfer and fluorocarbon coatings, with RAL matching on request. Two-tone exterior and interior faces let a private label meet two different colour expectations on one unit. Because the finishing lines run across the full range, a brand can hold one colour across every window and door series it sells.

FAQ

Frequently asked

What does OEM supply include?

The plant builds the windows, doors or profiles and they ship under your brand: private-label packing with your name on the carton and pallet, project documentation in your format, and loading into export-standard containers.

Can we start from your catalogue rather than our own design?

Yes, through ODM work. The 35 series cover sliding, casement, folding, entrance and fixed glazing, each with its own section set and finish list. You pick the series and the plant builds it to the same drawings it runs for its own supply.

Can we sample before committing to a volume order?

Yes. A sample profile set and a finished test unit are available on request, packed the way the production run will be, so the section, the finish and the assembly can be checked against the market. Sample lead time is confirmed with the enquiry.

Do you match a brand colour?

Yes. Finishes run to anodised, thermal transfer and fluorocarbon coatings with RAL matching on request, and two-tone exterior and interior faces let one unit meet two colour expectations.

How are the goods packed for export?

Private-label packing is drawn around the container and your own label, with units protected for a sea leg and marked in your brand, then loaded into export-standard containers with the documentation issued under your name.

What is the MOQ for an OEM order?

An OEM order follows the same rule as a standard series: there is no fixed number, and the quantity per series is fixed at quotation against the opening schedule and the container loading, with the dimensional pack alongside. Sample profiles are cut before the production run, so the brand owner checks the section before the volume is committed. Put your RFQ on WhatsApp and the MOQ sits in the first reply.

Can we sign an NDA before sharing drawings or brand files?

Yes. An NDA can be arranged before any drawing, brand file or market plan is shared, and it is part of the standard start where the programme runs on a custom die or a private label.
